Precast concrete - Matière

Matière is a patented technology used for building vaulted engineering structures with lengthwise and crosswise fracturing. The Matière technology is especially suited for constructing:

• cut and cover tunnels;
• underpasses;
• hydraulic structures;
• outlet works.

Since 1983, more than 8000 engineering structures have been built using the patented Matière technology. Some of them are shown below.
