YOUR MISSION
Operate computerized plant controls for asphalt production
Monitor temperatures, mix quality, and production rates
Load finished asphalt into dump trucks
Perform daily inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs
Troubleshoot conveyors, dryers, pumps, and related equipment
Maintain production records and input data into control systems
Follow all safety and housekeeping requirements
YOUR DNA
7–10 years of experience in the asphalt industry or experience operating batch asphalt plants
Strong mechanical ability; millwright skills an asset
Comfortable with computerized control systems
Valid driver’s license required
Trade or heavy equipment certification an asset
Physically demanding work; lifting up to 50 lbs
Exposure to heat, dust, and noise
10–12 hour shifts with overtime and weekends during peak season
