YOUR MISSION
- Promote a responsible and sustainable organizational culture in health, safety, and the environment.
- Be responsible for mechanical management in New Brunswick.
- Ensure the resolution of common mechanical issues in the fleet’s heavy vehicles.
- Coordinate maintenance according to schedules.
- Supervise the team under your responsibility and vehicle maintenance.
- Troubleshoot concrete mixer operators on the road when needed.
- Test the equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Take care of the maintenance of workplaces and equipment (buildings, tools, etc.).
- Develop your expertise by undertaking activities related to your skill set.
YOUR DNA
- Have three (3) to five (5) years of experience in similar tasks (asset).
- Hold a Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) in heavy vehicle mechanics (asset).
- Possess a valid Class 3 driver’s license (asset).
- Hold the PEP card (asset).
- Versatile, autonomous, resourceful, rigorous, and team-oriented.
